End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and PublishHub (“we”, “our”, “the App”). By installing or using PublishHub, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to install and use PublishHub on your device for personal or commercial content creation.

2. Restrictions

You agree that you will NOT:

• Reverse‑engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Distribute, resell, or sublicense the App without permission
• Bypass or interfere with security features
• Use the App to violate platform policies (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
• Use the App to generate or distribute illegal, harmful, or infringing content

3. Ownership

PublishHub is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in the App remain the property of the developer.

4. User‑Generated Content

You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, or publish using the App. You must ensure you have the legal rights to use all media, audio, text, and assets included in your content.

5. Third‑Party Platforms

The App interacts with third‑party services such as TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for actions taken by these platforms, including account restrictions or content removal.

6. No Warranty

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error‑free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Loss of data or content
• Account bans or restrictions on third‑party platforms
• Damages resulting from misuse of the App
• API changes or service interruptions from external platforms

8. Updates

We may provide updates, bug fixes, or new features. These may modify or remove existing functionality. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

9. Termination

We may terminate this license if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies from your device.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of your country or region, unless otherwise required by local regulations.
