This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and the MedialeCreatum Developer (“the Developer”). By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using MedialeCreatum (“the Software”), you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
The Developer grants you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on your own Windows device(s). You are purchasing a license to use the Software, not ownership of the Software itself.

The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest remain the property of the MedialeCreatum Developer.
You are solely responsible for any content you generate using the Software. You must ensure you have the legal rights to use all media, audio, text, and assets included in your content.
The Software is provided without any guarantee of compatibility with your specific hardware, drivers, Windows version, antivirus, firewall, or third‑party software. You are responsible for ensuring your system meets the requirements.
The Software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Developer does not guarantee that the Software will be error‑free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for:
Your maximum remedy is a refund as described in the Terms of Service.
Refunds are only granted if the Software does not function on your PC and you provide complete diagnostic proof. Full refund conditions are described in the Terms of Service.
The Developer may provide updates at their discretion. There is no obligation to provide updates, patches, or new features.
Your license may be terminated if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Software.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union.
The Software includes third‑party components licensed under various open‑source licenses. Full license texts and attributions are provided in the “licenses” folder distributed with the Software.
