By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using MedialeCreatum (“the Software”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Software.

1. Definitions

“Developer” refers to the MedialeCreatum Developer.
“Software” refers to MedialeCreatum and all included files.
“User” refers to any individual who purchases, downloads, installs, or uses the Software.
“Website” refers to the official MedialeCreatum download and purchase page.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use the Software. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. License Agreement

Use of the Software is governed by the MedialeCreatum License Agreement (EULA). You must read and accept the EULA before purchasing or downloading the Software.

4. EU Digital Goods Waiver

Before purchasing, you must explicitly agree to waive your EU 14‑day right of withdrawal for digital content, as required by EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Romanian OUG 34/2014. If you do not agree to this waiver, you cannot purchase the Software.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through third‑party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). The Developer does not store or process payment card information. Prices are displayed clearly on the Website. Taxes may be applied according to applicable laws.

6. Delivery of Software

Upon successful payment, the User receives access to download the Software. Delivery is considered complete once the download link is provided.

7. System Requirements

The User is responsible for ensuring their system meets the minimum requirements. The Developer does not guarantee compatibility with all hardware, drivers, or Windows versions.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are ONLY granted under the following strict conditions:
