PublishHub (“we”, “our”, “the App”) is a desktop application that allows users to generate videos, connect social media accounts, and publish content. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

• OAuth tokens from connected platforms (e.g., TikTok, YouTube, Instagram)
• Basic profile information returned by each platform’s login flow
• Content you choose to upload, generate, or publish through the App
• Local settings such as preferences, theme choices, and saved folders

We do NOT collect: passwords, payment information, browsing history, analytics, or personal files outside the App.

2. How Your Data Is Used

Your data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Authenticating your social media accounts
• Generating videos and other media locally on your device
• Publishing or scheduling posts on platforms you connect
• Displaying your profile information inside the App

We do not sell, share, or transmit your data to any external servers.

3. Local Storage Only

All OAuth tokens, settings, generated videos, and user data are stored locally on your device. PublishHub does not operate a cloud backend and does not store your data on our servers.

4. Data Retention

Your data remains on your device until you:

• Remove a connected account
• Delete generated content
• Uninstall the App

Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data.

5. Third‑Party Services

The App interacts with third‑party platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. Your use of these services is governed by their respective privacy policies and terms.

6. No Tracking or Analytics

PublishHub does not collect analytics, usage statistics, crash reports, or telemetry. The App does not track your activity or behavior.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your region, you may have rights to:

• Access your data
• Request deletion
• Revoke permissions

Because all data is stored locally, exercising these rights typically involves removing accounts or uninstalling the App.
